Yellow Bell Peppers

Post by Deb118 »

I am having a problem finding a good yellow bell that wont turn to mush, right before it ripens. Any suggestions?

I had one in the garden this past summer that was pretty good. But I don't know the name of it and I'm not going out in this -6 degree temp to try to find the little plastic marker out in the cold hard garden soil! If I come across it in the spring I'll try to come back here and let you know.
