Is yours cleaned out yet? I spent all day out there steam cleaning, bleaching and washing down walls. It's so clean you can eat off the floor!

OED, I clean mine out twice a year, Spring and Fall that way now mold or moss! Besides you want to keep them as clean as possible, so you can eat off the floor if you spouse kicks ya out? I'm looking for a nice chair to sit out there also.

What strength of bleach do you use, Karma? Wouldnt a nice day-bed be more comfortable than a chair? :D

And don't forget the mini fridge and the TV!

It would be cool to have a greenhouse.

Deb, I do 50/50 but the steamer makes it sterile and the bleach is just a backup to make sure. I also replace the 6mil plastic every 5 years which is the liner inside.

If I had one I would move in a t.v.,fridge and a daybed and I wouldn't bother anyone! Well, I guess I'd need a PC too!! :D :P

We used to be able to buy smoke bombs which killed off all the nasties, but our beloved European Union put a stop to that along with hundreds of other perfectly safe garden products.

I wonder if your "smoke bombs" are the same thing as we refer to as "bug bombs"? I've used those before. Wonder if they are still available here? :???:

Ummm... cleaning out the greenhouse? Is there such a thing? I haven't cleaned mine out since I've had it, going on three years now yikes! I grow my tomatoes in there starting in early spring because we don't get enough heat here to make the 'maters happy, and in the fall I stash all my annual geraniums and fuchsias in there, along with non-hardy water plants and bunches of seedlings that are perennial, but just need a bit of extra protection that first year (also a good excuse to go visit the greenhouse in the dead of winter LOL!)

Guess I'll head out there after I pull out the tomatoes and clean it all down...

Mine's full of gazing balls. I guess I can get busy dragging them out of there. It hasn't been that warm to germinate in the greenhouse but I did start a tray of bird house gourds and nastursiums. Anybody else got spring fever? Only thing blooming here is the pussy willows.

How beautiful the garden is with all the gazing balls. I love it. What a neat idea. Even when the flowers aren't blooming so much, you have color with the gazing balls.
