Greenhouse question on heating....
Will a Kerosene heater be ok to use in a greenhouse ? Will the fumes cause any problems for the plants?

Thanks for the responses folks. We used the kerosene heater for the first night, it did real well, and Steve went out hunting for a portable electric heater to use instead...hard time to find one this time of year, but he did (WTG). So now that's doing the job during these crazy cold dipping temps. Good thing cuz the plants would have been frozen without hesitation.
I was digging up the plants from the beds as they were waking up and putting them in the greenhouse, for just this reason...Ma Nature never claimed to play fair .

hummingbird,
kerosene heater doesn't harm the plants. In fact they like the CO2 it releases. We are a different matter. Our lungs don't deal as well with kero in a small closed environment for long periods of time.
I've used one in an emergency but in general I prefer my blue flame heater.
