Precious face .....

Post by Snow »

Finally caught a shot of Gracie that shows her precious face - hard to do because she never sits still unless she's asleep. She's found a new favorite perch on the quilt rack in front of the window - that gave me some opportunity. Cute one of her playing with her tail, too - and I threw in one that shows her ear tufts developing, just for OED  click on the pictures to see a larger version in another window - better quality.

Your Gracie is such a beautiful little girl, Snow. I love her coloration, that big fluffy tail, and yes, that perfectly adorable face. She is a real dollbaby.

They usually live for 15-16 yrs :hmm: :hmm:  DURN! I'LL be to old then.

Lol - Grace HATES dogs. The breed supposedly gets along well with them - but this one hides the whole time Maximus visits us. She's terrified :o

She is unusually soft and fluffy - typical of Maine Coon's. One of my favorite things about her

So pardon my 'ignorance' on cat breeds and such, but are these expensive cats? I've always just had rescued cats myself although I have a rather extensive cat collection from the last uhmmmm..40 something years in a boxes :) I don't believe I have a Maine coon though? :)

Lol - welllllllllllllllll..... Sorta  We sought out a reputable breeder (who also heads up the Maine Coon rescue in this area) - and we paid $600 for Grace, at 12 weeks old. We feel she was well worth it 8-)
