Good thoughts and prayers please

Post by Garden_of_Mu »

Our Gracie has been missing since Sunday afternoon. We've taken flyers all oevr the neighborhood and checked all the usual channels twice and nothing yet. We're hping she'll turn up before long and isn't stuck in someone's shed or garage (sunday was gorgeous and alot of folks were outside enjoying the day). The notice goes in the paper tomorrow. Think good thoughts for her safe homecoming. :(

Mike, I am so terribly sorry to hear that Gracie is missing. Please don't give up hope. Cats often disappear for days at a time and then reappear. Yet each of us understands the worry and anguish you are experiencing now, and I'm sorry you have to go through this. I send positive thoughts your way and warm wishes that Gracie will soon be home.

Thanks all. We appreciate all the prayers and good thoughts. There is nothing worse than just not knowing what happened. Her daddies miss her alot. We are going to take flyers further from the house tonight and just hope for the best.

OED - No, she has never strayed from home before. The other two routinely go across the street to the neighbors, but Gracie always has stayed in our yard or the one behind us, which is quiet and secluded. She is whip smart but young, and has been neutrered. We're most worried she is stuck in someones garage or shed. I hope someone just found her thinking she is a stray (no coller) and will give her a good home if they are not able to find us. :(

Sending positive vibes your way.....don't these kitties know how worried we get??!!

The flyers are a great idea.....maybe you can enlist a few younger people to go door to door for you. I'm sure she's missin' YOU too.....p

Hi Mike, being a dad to three furkids myself, I can understand how you feel. One of my "kids" escaped and was gone for several days too. Fortunately she returned and has no interest in roaming anymore. I hope your Gracie returns to you soon. Keep the faith!!
