No pets at the zoo

I went to the zoo today. It was really for a hosta show but we took a walk through the zoo. The gorillas were VERY active and the antics were too fast to get off a camera shot. Maybe this should be a post for the garden bench and NOT pet forum. Only Michael Jackson has these kinds of animals as pets. I took pixs of the tiger with my disposible camera. Nature amazes me how pretty the color and pattern of their coat is. Later, Love, Lisa

Baby giraffs, ostrich and the gift shop sold me this Mexican Flame Vine for $7.-. Life is good. Later, Love, Lisa

Cool, I love going to the zoo! I could watch the gorillas for hours. Cute baby giraffe and ostrich head!

Great pics! I love the zoo! Watch out for the ostrich though cause they are nasty!

Cool pics Lisa.....however I have to admit, I'm one who doesn't enjoy the Zoo. It just breaks my heart to see wild animals caged/enclosed. And yes I know, some of them would certainly not be alive w/o a Zoo to house them.
