Wilma update :)

Post by Annie »

Wilma is doing really good. She got her stitches out today.
It was confirmed she did have cancer. It was Melanoma. The Vet said it was really odd it was in her toe bone. But they think they got it all! They do want me to bring her back in about 3 months just for a check up.

Upsetting news about it being melanoma, but sounds like an excellent prognosis! I'm so glad that Wilma is going to be okay! :D

Melanoma...my least favorite word in the language about now. I'm a 7=yr melanoma survivor, and I surely hope that Wilma will be also.
Glad she is up and about and doing better.
