Look what hubby brought home

Post by Annie »

Look what he brought home.
Now I'm missing Wilma really bad, but OMG this is a cute puppy!
I feel guilty about him bringing her home so soon after Wilma. I think I feel even more guilty because I like her

And she looks just like a little Travis. He said she was half JRT and half Chiwawa. She is tiny.

He got her from a friend of a friend of a friend I think.

As soon as I saw her I knew her name :)
Betty, as opposed to Wilma. Kinda named her after Wilma, as in the Flintstones.

Well it was a toss up between Betty and Reba. I'm 90 % sure it will be Betty anyway.

Ha Ha Ha ---- as soon as you said "Betty", I thought of your Wilma and the Flintstones connection . . . that's great!!

What a cute little gal! I just love the expressions on the faces of puppies!

PS - - It's not too soon to start loving another doggy . . . it will be Betty's job to help your heart heal.

You know how dogs are: Wilma wouldn't want you to be unhappy. I also have to think that she would be happy you have a new puppy in the house and honored you named Betty after her. My suggestion: Lose the guilt and enjoy the new little girl!!! :D

Thanks all. Yes she is keeping me very busy. Keeps my mind busy too. I still miss Wilma and always will, but this little girl is stealing my heart pretty darn fast.
I wasn't sure if I should keep her, but she is worming her way into the household :)

I think she'sa keeper :)

Oh, Annie, I am so sorry to hear about Wilma. I think giving your love to Betty it is a lovely tribute to Wilma's memory. She is as cute as a button!

Annie,
I finally got to see the pictures of your new baby! OMG what a face! She is so cute...you need to take her to Lucy's so she can play with Claire! I don't blame you one bit for falling in love, and she will be good for you.
