Favorite Dog stories with hot links

Post by putnamgardens »

I caution my emotional friends....Don't watch these if you've got make up on cuz it'll run if not H20 proof. First one is about an autistic boy who "vocalized" for the first time ALL because of a therapy dog.

THEN you have a service dog in training but takes a different path to assist people....made me cry again.

Lisa..you warned me! Those made me cry, too.....but I'm not wearing makeup so it's okay!
Thanks for sharing these. Now I need to go get a tissue.

There is a great video clip on YouTube about a dog whose best friends is an elephant at an elephant sanctuary... I think it's called Animal Odd Couple, and is very worth watching :)

Those were both very moving, but the first one actually made me smile. How exciting for the parents of the little boy :D :D I had to laugh when I heard that Mom had to tell him to use his inside voice! I suspect he began talking so he could talk to Boo!
Now the second one, that did make my eyes a bit teary.... what a great dog! And she looked like Baby Butter when he was a puppy!

Thanks much for sharing

Baby Butter will be four years old on Jan 8th. He's got agility run thrus tomorrow and a pet visit at Courage Center. His holiday decorated collar photos were taken two weeks ago at Courage Center. We had a healthy dumping of snow and that won't stop us from our destinations. Scutter had "service" potential as a puppy. Those volunteers who train those dogs and then give'm up are to be commended. Take my arm....Take my Kidney but you can't have my dog. I wanna know "WHO" wished for a white christmas? Later, Love, Lisa

Merry Christmas
