Good for you!!!! Well I'm still fat :lol:
Well I'm not "HUGE" hehe. But still plump :)

I have lost like 13 lbs. Not a lot, but I can't complain since I wasn't even trying.

Well since I've lost that much I'm going to keep trying to lose more. I would like to lose about 30 lbs and I'll be happy.


I have never even felt comfy in a bathing suit, let alone a bikini. :lol:

I have done a water aerobics class the last 3 winters. The woman who leads it is in her 80s and puts this 55 year old to shame in endurance. The exercise has really helped tone all my muscles and helps keep my energy level up in the winter, a season when it always tended to be low. Exercising in the water is easy on the joints too. Oh, BTW, I've taken 6 inches off my waist :~)
