Mince fresh rosemary (about 1 tblsp. minced), add it with equal amount of crush red peppers to about 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1-2 mince cloves garlic. Put 2 chicken breasts (or pork chops) in ziplock bag with marniade. Squish and squeeze - refridgerate a few hours. Squish/squeeze a few times.
GRILL and ENJOY!
(The rosemary oil makes the marinade very difficult to wash out of a Tupperware or other container - that is why I started using a ziplock bag.)
