Hi Alexa, I just made a batch last Sunday. It is a great soup recipe. I am a WW member, and I know it adds a few points but I like to add cooked brown rice to the pot for some added texture. The WW Taco Soup recipe is really tasty and easy too. Thanks for posting. :P

Hey Paul

Would you mind posting the Taco Soup? With the chilly weather here I love having hot steamy options I can take to work to put in the micro - Taco Soup sounds perfect!

Hi Alexa, here you are...

1 48 oz jar northern beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cups whole kernel corn
1 quart diced tomatoes
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix

Combine all ingredients in a big pot and simmer until thoroughly heated through.

Sometimes I'll add chopped onion too or browned ground beef or turkey. It's easy and really good. Let me know. :P
