Weight Loss Update

I don't post my WW stuff here too much, I have that on the WW boards.

But since last Tax Day I have officially lost 52 lbs.! Went thru my closets today and had to get rid of all my old pants. Every pair was way too large. Last year at this time I was wearing 20/22. I had to go get a new pair of pants last month and I was in 14/16. And those are loose now. Guess I'll have to go shopping again soon. :D

Hope anyone else who started out to lose in Jan has kept with it.

That is very, very good! You should be proud of yourself. I bet you are feeling good. Now just keep it off which, I am sure you know, takes a lifestyle change.

Lucy, there is a lady on the WW boards that has lost around 150 # and she uses Curves. She is a long distance truck driver, and has worked out in a Curves in about 29 different states. Now that is dedication.

DH has told me I can't pay for WW and a gym at the same time. So, next spring I will join something to help maintain the loss.

Good luck with the work outs.

 I am dieing!!!

My hand/hands are killing me.....it brought out the pains.....

But for real, all and all, I can see why it's a good one, as you move so fast it is done and over and everyone was so nice.....

So today was a busy day....Willie's agility.....I got a speeding ticket....55 in a 35..... :o It is in this place that it drops real fast and it IS a speed trap and I KNOW better and I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT.......  and this workout at Curves.......sooooooo, I am a bit frazzled...
