Hi there,
To display an image you need to link to the exact image file, not the page that it is found on. Of course, you could just post a link to the page, but to get the picture to display in your post you need to know the picture address, such as http://www.sample.com/directory/sample.jpg, then use the IMG command to have it display for you:
[img]http://www.sample.com/directory/sample.jpg[/img]

This is just a test to check out a host site.
Had to edit out the webpage's HTML from its URL in order to get a clean image.
I don't recommend it.

Next time just use 72 pixels. 200 is overkill for display and is really only needed for print.
