His father cut his wrist as a child riding in a wagon with his 'bug mason' jar when it tipped. When I saw the pattern I had to have it for his child. Can't wait to finish the eyes and such on the critters and get to him! I thought it would be cute with canned veggies and fruits for my mother as a table runner on her small kitchen table next too.
