Hallson Gardens

My Cala Lillies have not bloomed at all this year. Last year I think I got one bloom. What could be the problem?
The foliage is up and looks nice and healthy, so why no blooms?

Are they buried too deep maybe? Ours are annuals here (we have to dig them up and replant), but not sure you have to there.
