Hallson Gardens

I walked out to get the mail this afternoon and glanced down by the walkway next to the garage and
yep those lilies are about 2" above the soil. The say we may see snow on the valley floor this weekend
to boot. I'm just as confused as they are? Anyone else have them up??

Yikes, that seems way too early! We definitely won't be seeing any activity here for a long time. It is really frozen this winter, which will be good for hostas but probably not so good for other things...

I sure hope you don't have a frost or freeze because once those tips get frozen that is the end of the lilies for the year If not, you could have blooms in April!

Thanks Chris, they are white this am. It won't last long as we are in the mid 30s and it's melting fast. Will keep ya posted, sorry it's coming your way.

The Only thing Old Coot can see are Iris and looks a good crop of them......

Wewll Coot, we got snow again yesterday and they were covered again! This am there is just a little patch of white here and there as we warmed upwards
last night into the 40s. I sure hope it's a bumper crop for both the lilies and Irises for you there!
