Nice Orange Day Lily (Tiger Lily?) for postage

I've got an abundance of Daylilies, Hemerocallis fulva, and am willing to share the wealth with anyone who is interested... for the price of postage.

These are on the invasive species lists - so please make sure that you are careful to put them someplace isolated from wild areas. I've had them growing in a 'horrible soil' spot and they are indeed hardy enough to not only survive there but look great while doing it.

That appears to be a daylily, Hemerocallis fulva, also known as the roadside (or ditch) lily--- not a true lily, which would be Lilium. They are also known as tiger lilies, yes.

I'd post your offer in the Trade/Exchange Forum, where it is perhaps more likely to be seen.

Thanks for the ID on the Daylilies :-)

I see that they are on the invasive species lists - so I'll make sure that I mention that whoever takes any be careful to put them someplace isolated from wild areas.
