I've got the first bloom of the season on this lovely blue Hepatica. I got this one a few years ago from a local garden friend of ours, LeeAnna, who passed away last year, so this one is very special.

Beautiful flower from a beautiful lady. What a nice remembrance of her. I have a black bamboo she gave me that always makes me think of her.

My Hipaticas are blooming, but they are white I much prefer the blue ones. I really want one. If you know of any place I can get one please let me know.

That hepatica is just gorgeous Doris, sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I have pinks and whites, but none with that deep blue. Thanks for sharing photos
