I just got a new camera, thought I might try it out on some triliums. I really like the mottling.

Uuuuuu, pretty pretty. Nice camera.
I noticed Sunday that a couple of my Trilliums are up. I raked some of my leaves off the beds and then it snowed this morning !!
I hope the Trills did not get their ears frosted.

Excellent pic of a lovely plant. I just love the dark tones in your photo. It has lots of atmosphere.

Very nice. What trillium is it? Our sessile ones aren't so mottled in the east.

David - Is it trillium cuneatum?
See!!!!! I told you things would be coming up like crazy with the weather we've had this week. One morning you're going to wake up and be amazed at how many of those things you planted last year are waking up

Went to check on my trillium today. There up and running. I also realized I totally missed the flowers on my bloodroot this year.
Gotta get off my butt more.
