Geisha HVX???

Post by Dick Shepardson »

I believe I have several Geisha hostas with HVX. I would appreciate verification if this is the case. I'll try to post one picture of a suspected HSVGeisha and one of a healthy Geisha. Thanks.

That really does look unusual and really could be HVX. Any chance of getting a closer look at the mottled coloring? Even if you want to email me the same picture at a higher resolution I can zoom in on it on my computer.

Since the rest of your Geisha appear to be fine I do think it is HVX. I've never seen nutrient problems look that uneven.
