Disappointed an understatement!

I have some hostas that have a few per batch that look infected with HVX. I mailed my rep and sent him pics as requested. I asked for a refund for the batches in full as they were bareroot and all in the same bags together. I figured that since I am going to burn them all, then I might as well get credit for them. This is his reply which I received today:
"Hi Lynn, I just got word from Vanhof that we will only credit you for the hostas that show symptoms of a virus."
So, after I am done fighting with VHB, they will no longer be getting my business. This is my first experience with fighting the "big guys" and not a very pleasant one, unfortunately. I thought Holland was taking this seriously.
