Hallson Gardens

I was at Home Depot in Jackson, MI yesterday and they had Gold Standard that did not look too bad so I looked around the batch and sure enough, if I looked closely I could see very early signs of the virus. Only one looked bad enough where someone might not buy it, but the rest looked pretty good.

I think the suppliers are just getting better about weeding out the obviously bad looking plants but I'm sure that whole batch will show symptoms eventually

Brian told me I should have brought my camera, but it is a fairly big camera and I'm not sure how they would react to someone taking pictures of their plants. But I think I will take it with me next time.

I'm definitely going to avoid buying any hostas at the box stores this year. It's too bad.......they use to be a good source of a quick and inexpensive fix for me, but now I'm too leary of their hostas.
