Yes, it is infected. It still infuriates me that the wholesale companies selling to nurseries like these refuse to get rid of these infected Striptease. They would rather make a couple dollars selling to unsespecting nurseries than do the right thing and destroy them. So you may only be out 8 bucks but the company producing these plants made their money and will continue to do so as long as they can get away with it

How to reciprocate these wholesale companies is now the question...

Blockade their trucks in with infected hosta, maybe...
