The Bureau of Weights and Measures Standards (or some such fol-de-rol) enacted some legislation that was passed in I think 2004 or 2005 saying that tags have to show a whole bunch of garbage that isn't necesarily important to a gardener, like whether this plant has been hyped on growth regulators and will never look this good in your garden, or that the herbicide and pesticide program used by the grower probably leaves the surace of the leaves toxic to a gardener working without gloves!
