HVX on Sagae ?

Here is my Sagae, it isnt doing so well, but I did move it a few weeks ago. Do you think its HVX?

That looks like frost damage to me.... but hopefully more experienced people will weigh in...

The lighter discoloration between the veins is from stress or nutrient issues, possibly from the move or from cold like Alexa mentioned. But I don't see anything that would make me suspect HVX.
