I do believe this is ill. I cant remember where I bought it but I think a local big K. I posted pics and concerns last year but were werent sure so this year its outa here. I checked HL and one of their pix look simular. scarry

Hi,
The picture is blurry but from what I can see this looks like the eye was damaged as it was coming up. It may have been frozen, frosted, or stepped on.
If you can get a picture that is closer and in better focus I would probably be able to give you a better answer, but it doesn't really look like HVX to me.
