Thats what i thougt first- or damaged leave ( by the way- this patriot has got frost damage aswell)- but it has got minimal sunken tissue ( to be seen on the first, third (Back of the leave) and last pic)

I also think that yes, it has a color streak, but I'm also seeing that little bit of cell collapse that you were worried about. Patriot is one that rarely shows symptoms but often tests positive, so maybe you are seeing a little bit of the symptoms. I'd keep an eye on it and consider it a possible HVX plant, and just try not to disturb it at all.

got a feedback for you:
I ´ve got my Patriot tested and its negativ for virus.....I was sure this collapsed tissue would be HVX- but now I´m glad-its not.....
