Propagating Heucheras from Cuttings or Leaves

Since I've done the seed-starting bit, now I need some advice re: propagating from cuttings or leaves. Has anyone done this, and if so, how? Will a leaf work, and if so, what kind of leaf -- a new one just opened up, or what? Also, how long does it take for the new cutting to form roots? What kind of medium should one use? I'll appreciate any and all help I can get on this. Thanks -- Phyllis
