hi ...my name is jill.....AND.....

This is my Second Addiction....after Hostas....

Glad there aren't so many of these....

although if you need to get the heucherellas and tiarellas....that could be a problem....

added 24 kinds to the gardens this year....so that makes 33 kinds here...

anyone know of one with Sherbet in the name????

Welcome to Hallson's ,Jill! There are tons of hosta lovers here (like myself) ,but I am beginning to appreciate the heucheras. I do know of one called Petite Lime Sherbert,but I don't have it.

Welcome, Jill!

I did a search and it looks like 'Petite Lime Sherbet' is the only name of that kind; never heard of it.

I do have a small collection of Heuchera, Heucherella and Tiarella, thanks to our member Andi.

I used to think of them as shade plants and hosta companions, but the purples and burgundies in particular show much better coloring in the sun, but need to be kept moist, yet well-drained.

oh....Thank you....

bought one this past weekend....the fella was SURE it had sherbet in the name....but couldn't remember all of it....i bought it anyway....

it was a small heuchera....green....not sure about lime though...
will have to look at it again tomorrow....jill
