Greeting Dirk:)

Oh people, don't get me started on Heucheras, I got two of the already. Of course, I got the classic "palace purple" and another one, unknown...because it was in the Perennial Pot from Home Depot.

I got the Palace Purple Heuchera for my birthday - July 11th.

Now, this palace purple, I saw a slug walking on its leaves yesterday and I thought "oh my, just like my hosta - slug o' magnet". To my surprise, no holes on the leaves. Slug just pass by--- or maybe a hairy left is not part of its diet.

Whatever it is that kept the slug from eating it, I am increasing my heuchera population. :)

Hi Angie, don't be afraid from slugs by Heuchera's, thay don't eat it.
And if you see holes than you have perhaps caterpillars.

But keep them well and it is a fine plant from your garden :-)

Greetings, Dirk.
