Heuchs and sun
I realize heuchs can take more sun that some expect. The spot I want to put some is in the front yard. It faces west but the sun will only be 3-4 hours, then it is shaded by a couple of old dogwood trees. Will this work? It's an easy spot to water. I think I'm fallin in love with all those different choices. My good old Palace Purple needs company.
I can't seem to get enough of them either. I have several in the front yard (facing west). Some are under the trees on the edge of the hosta beds and some are out in the open. They all seem to be doing well. Go for it OED!

Do you have any in particular in mind? Inquiring minds want to know.

Don't ya just hate that? It wouldn't be Chocolate Ruffles would it? That's one that doesn't grow well for me. I killed my first one and almost killed the second one. It came back and also made it through the winter but it is very tiny.
