YEAH!!!!! Only have one that made it up to bloom, but it's purty!
Of course we got 3 inches of rain after and they were nearly on the ground, and now we just got hit again. Not sure who's laying down out there! BUT WE did get more rain!

Don't know, but I do know that this time, I bought a plant and teh bunnies didn't get a chance to eat it! ALthough it is a rather short plant.......I thought they were taller than a foot off the ground It's in the back!

Hollyhock?
I know they are related but that looks like what I refer to as a malva...specifically malva sylvestri Bilboa Felhor....

I'll look tomorrow for the tag. You could be right, these are new to me and the tag is buried near them somewhere

Precious Jane dear, those aren't hollyhocks..... .....I have them all over.....they reseed and can be pulled out of where you don't want them.....I always called them Mallows, cause my friend who gave me them a long time ago called them that....I am sure that DryGulch knows better the name than me.....I'm not good at that.....I don't believe I have a picture......If you would like a bunch of seed this fall, just holler.....
