Some of the hosta are really starting to look great, others are just getting going. (ignore the watermarks... I do that to prevent them from being swiped by unscrupulous ebay dealers and such)

Is stealing of photos a real issue?

Did not know it happened.

Nice pics & hostas, Sue!! :P I especially liked your Satisfaction - but I guess I like 'em all since I think I have all but it and one other one.

Great pics Sue. You might want to give Satsfaction a little more room. I moved mine last fall because I thought my Sum and Substance was starting to crowd it. This year Satisfaction is on the attack. At three years old it's about 4.5 feet across. A beutiful plant with what I consider an astounding growth rate.

Yep Bill, you're right. Talk about crowded... there are actually TWO Satisfactions in that photo :o . One is a tiny TC liner that you can only see a glimpse of right next to the azalea flowers on the upper left. I do like though, how the bright satisfaction looks against the dark leaves.

To the right is White Edger and to the left... is a mystery hosta! Somehow I lost track of who this was. I have reread my list of plants over and over, comparing it to each plant. Everyone is accounted for except this darn thing. If anyone can figure out for me who it is I would REALLY appreciate it. I'll take a better photo of it during the day and post a link to my list.

Then someone can explain why White Edger has no white edge :hmm: and all of the mysteries of the universe... I mean my garden, will have been solved.

Watermarks - I haven't paid attention to whether photo sniping was a problem in the hosta world but it is in other worlds that I'm in. It's a habit now.

Forgot to add: Renaldo! So which other one is it that you don't have ??

I agree about Satisfaction taking over your garden. I posted a pic of one I took in a tour garden recently on another post & I'd say that one was easily 6 feet across - maybe more.

The other one I don't have is Squire Rich.

Are you sure your 'White Edge' is really that??

White Edger

'White Edger' was named for its white flowers.
