This is a multiple eyed seedling right? Now you sep. it up and get one of each of the varigations you are showing in the third pic? Very cool, would be even cooler if it keeps doing that on each division

Thanks guys
this post was just to show hosta newbies how streaked seedlings typicaly stablize.
This hybrid seedling was divided into the two leaf forms shown in the above pic a few weeks ago.
Taken yesterday, both in five gal pots.

Thanks for showing this, Mr. Leafmould. Being new at hybridizing, it never occurred to me that a single streaked plant could settle out differently in each eye. Thanks again for sharing that.
