FINALLY-THE SKIES HAVE OPENED UP-Can't even see the street.

We got about an inch of rain here last night. I can skip watering for a day or two now! Yay!!!!
Unfortunately, I don't think this was a very widespread rain.

Yup so did we, about 2 inches all over LI and Queens. People in Queens got a micro burst and it flooded everything, cars floating, trees downed a real mess. By me just a lot of rain and thunder & lightening also cut the humidity a bit. Supposed to rain again tomorrow.

Got the rain yesterday evening probably the same storms we had last night since I'm about 150 miles west of you in the Poconos. Raining lightly now and was almost 100 yesterday.

It rained again last nite and its very cloudy and cool today. Saw it at 72 at the bank. Things are greening up again. Maybe the 3 hosta that disappeared will come back.

I hope your hosta show up again, if I were them I'd hide from that heat too
