Leaves with an extra "glow" on them.
I was out getting photos today an noticed some extra color on Fingerprint. I thought I would start a list of those with extra colors - El Capitan, Deja Blu, Dust Devil, Elbridge Gerry are some. Don Rawson's lists have a group called "Watermark" but that is not what I'm talking about. Fingerprint is a "Watermark" type but this odd leaf has an extra "glow" to it. Here's is what I mean:
Here is the normal Fingerprint.
Here is the leaf with the "glow".
Please add yours. I would love to see Deja Blu because I can't get much of a "glow" on mine.

Here are a couple:
Here is Dust Devil - a little beat-up this time of year. The second shot is cropped out of the first to high-light the leaf.

That's a lot like how the leaves of my hosta with Southern Blight started. Pretty soon, they were all "a glow". You might want to make sure those leaves aren't completely disconnected from the plant. With mine, they basically fell off in my hand if I touched them to look at them. I've been told that it's not fatal...at least not if treated. Of course, you know how it goes with a new disease...at first, everything looks like it has it...hopefully you don't.
Re: Leaves with a "glow" on them - Seducer & Li'l Abner
These are all healthy plants. Take a look at Chris's offerings of Seducer and Li'l Abner for more examples.

That's a great Deja Blu. Mine never develops the other colors.

I was able to find that coloration on a second Deja Blu I forgot I had. I was getting shots of other examples and noticed this plant. I had to go back to my garden map to see what it was.
Here is Toy Soldier from earlier this season.

Is this what you mean? This on my Vulcan
Re: Leaves with an extra "glow" on them.
No, that's what I consider a tri-color color leaf. Similar to these:
http://www.hostalibrary.org/s/secretlove.html
Another group could be the Striptease types but that is not it either. In those, the "white" is in the vein which is a different color pattern. This group would have Spilt Milk, Extreme, the new Totally Awe Sum, as well as, many of the Striptease types that have the white veins. http://www.hostalibrary.org/t/totallyawesum.html
What I'm talking about has a "hint" of white or cream where the color changes over. It's hard to see sometimes. Take a look at Secret Love in the hosta library - the first picture has it but it doesn't stand out in the other photos. Another group could be the Striptease types but that is not it either.
