I fell in love!

I love my new additions to the gardens -- its nice to buy plants and know just where they are going to go (not my norm). Introducing:

Femme De Joie

Femme De Joie -- compliments Sophie's Choice nicely (it was a little dark and the flash went off...)

Lake Norman Spider (planted in herb bed that includes yellow and pink rubeckia (nice color combo)

Femme De Joie is about 28" tall, however everything on the web suggests it should be short -- 18" tall. I hope the info is wrong because I bought it for the height.... and it looks so pretty behind the brightly colored Sophie's Choice.

For me, Femme de Joie is very tall and the stems need to be staked - or they will flop over sometimes - just be careful. It is, I think, my absolute favorite daylily. :D
