'Aomori Gold Star' is a 2009 registration from Zilis. Listed as growing 16 inches high and 33 inches in diameter. The leaves should be slightly shiny with yellow centers and medium green margins. Flowers are purple.
Picked this one up on accident but interested in seeing how it looks next year. (I was thinking 'Aomori Setting Sun', which someone on here or GW has shown before)

Aomori Gold Star growing with green hosta weedlings (like that one with the tall scape in back) and fern weedlings (and a need to be weeded - violets are everywhere).
