HVX or a different virus ??

I noticed this one in my garden this am. Bummer!! Is this HVX or it a different virus. At first I thought it might be the arabic mosaic virus. Either way not good

I dug it up with an old shovel and will destroy the plant. I guess I better go out and do some more inpecting.

It looks like Tomato Ringspot Virus. Definitely watch your other plants closely because this one can spread somewhat easily on its own

Thanks Chris. How is this one spread.?Is it direct contact? Do I have to be concerned for hostas over a large area or just in the immediate area around where the infected plant was .How soon would they develop symtoms if they had the virus. I recieved this hosta last year from a friend and all seemed OK at the time.

I've never seen this before. Is there a site online to view different viruses on plants? Anyone?
