Okay, it's been a while since this started, but in an effort to get to 50 votes, here are mine. My votes are weighted heavily on performance and reliability. You may also notice my list doesn't include many small ones, I'm unconsciously drawn to the bigger ones.
June, of course. Sagae, of course. Paradigm, always looks good. Halcyon, old reliable. Potomac Pride, not on the list yet, but my favorite reliable solid green and a great grower. Abba Dabba Do, not on the list yet, but another favorite of mine. Leading Lady, big, beautiful, just love her. Leola Fraim, a reliable, very fast growing medium sized hosta that nearly doubles in size every year. I was surprised by how much I like this one. Pineapple Pol, narrow leaves give this one a different look. Invincible, I know many people don't like this one, but it always comes up early and looks good for me. Cinnamon Sticks, it's just so darn pretty. nigrescens, you gotta love this one! Dark Star, nice smaller hosta. Big Daddy, an old reliable, one of my first. pycnophylla, just got it a couple years ago and really like it. Aphrodite, a nice bright spot. Moonlight Sonata, is doing well in a difficult spot for me, a nice mounded shape. Osprey, nice flowing mount of light blue/green foliage, always looks neat and crisp. Fast grower. Fragrant Bouquet, I like the light colors in this one. Midnight Ride, nice smaller dark green. Krossa Regal, wonderful old standard.

Fragrant Bouquet
Cherish
June
sieboldiana 'Elegans'

I suspect that Zounds belongs on my list too... mine was new last year and it always stopped me in my tracks. I am withholding judgement now only because the eyes are just coming up.
Maybe Stiletto belongs on there too... and Antioch. and maybe a tokudama. And I gained all new respect for Wide Brim last year (the flower clusters were awesome). How many is that?
Update: to get it to 20 and make the list organized,
I'll add:
Zounds
Stiletto
Antioch
tokudama (any, really)
Wide Brim
Maui Buttercups
Abiqua Drinking Gourd (and that makes 20)

I'm sure this will change next year because I've more than doubled the number of cultivars I have and I know I'm gonna love, love, love some of them (like June and Kiwi Full Monty, for instance), but here's this year's list, in alphabetical order -

BTW, off topic, I couldn't help noticing that some of you non-native English speakers from Europe refer to 'Kiwi Full Monty' as 'Kiwi Full Monthy'. Knowing how utterly confusing our language is to learn, I'd be very interested in hearing why that name makes more sense to you (if indeed it does make sense!) However, I can clear up the meaning of the real name by telling you that to go "the full monty" is British (and I guess, by extension, New Zealand) slang for doing something completely. In this case, I daresay it specifically refers to a wonderful movie named "The Full Monty" that's centered around a group of male characters contemplating starting a striptease act to make money and whether they should strip completely - which makes the name yet another play on words for the 'Striptease' sports.
Wow... hadn't checked this thread as I thought the voting was over back in March! As is often said, my list might change tomorrow, but I'll give it a go for top 10 right now...
