What a great idea, Dianne!

I'd be interested, for sure.

Wonder if it should run at the same time as the main event, or right after?

Should we make it (minimum) THREE named miniature hostas rather than one? Might make for a more even distribution, and get the most from the postage?

We'll define miniature as a hosta of such size that it can be easily tucked into a corner, even after one is completely out of room?!

A couple of years ago there was a mini trade that ran as the 2nd trade the month f0llowing the 1st trade. I would be interested, but having only a few minis that have survived, I don't think I'd be able to do it if it were for 3 minis. But a minis & smalls trade I think would be a good idea/compromise for a lot of people.

The month after the main event regular hosta trade sounds good to me.

3 mini or smalls sounds like a good minimum. Good idea, John.

I'm willing to host if this idea generates enough interest. I'll repost in June and see how many hands get raised. Otherwise, the four of us can trade amongst ourselves.

Catch you in June, Dianne

Bumping this up as I would definitely be interested no matter what the dates. I wouldn't mind having it run at the same time as the other trade. I could dig and send both trades at the same time!
