Kellogg's Krave Cereal - Public Service Announcement
Here is a PSA to stay away from Kellogg's Krave cereal.
This "new" breakfast cereal (I think it has been around for a little while but just recently has been marketed heavily) has to be one of the worst new products I've tasted. I had a coupon for it so it was only 99 cents, but after both Brian and I had a bowl of it I think we are just going to throw it away. Stay away from this stuff. Not only is the taste something horrible, but in milk the texture is like a mushy coating surrounding some kind of "chocolate" goo. The coating is like Captain Crunch that has been soaking too long and the center is like bad, imitation chocolate syrup. They also make a double chocolate variety, and if they mean double the nasty "chocolate" taste, I will definitely pass.
Kellogg's has a website where you can go and rate/review their new products, and when I went there it crashed. I wonder if the server can't keep up with the bad reviews on this one
Just warning you - don't try this stuff...

I went and Googled it......even if I wasn't gluten free, and was able to eat that, I would not buy it by just looking at the ingredients! Second ingredient...sugar....Just that picture looks like junk!~ ....Thanks for the heads up....now go make a fruit smoothie.....

Thanks for the warning, Chris. Maybe your chickens will eat it...and lay brown eggs? Chocolate eggs?

I don't think the chickens would eat it either, and I'm not sure green chocolate eggs would be very appetizing (We only have green egg layers now).

Dad was. Moms were ISA Browns. It's amazing how strong the Araucana genes are, too, as all of the offspring from these chickens have also been green layers with lots of Araucana features, even when we back crossed with a pure bred Rhode Island Red.ogrefcf wrote:Araucana's?

Mint chocolate is not too unappealing.

Hmm, didn't think about mint chocolate
And Kathleen, OMG, I didn't even look at the ingredients! First ingredient is chocolate flavored filling and the second ingredient is sugar! Yuck! No wonder it was so nasty. I think I need to start looking closer at ingredient lists again. I used to do really good with that...
