Re: Convention pictures from Nashville - raw photos
all pics really cool-I am beginning to think I have planted my hosta garden with the plants too far apart. It appears everyone has hostas blending into other hosta. Or are they mostly potted and just arranged that way?

Ed, thanks again for sharing all the pictures. I sure enjoy all of them.

Many were potted or in the ground in pots. I notice in my own garden I have some gardens with them too close and other with them spread. I'm seeing more "space" in my garden this year because many plants are smaller than last season.

Oh, i have been measuring the distance between each one so if two near each other spread to the sizes they are supposed to be they would just about meet. Hope mine don't get smaller next year or I'll have to fill in with other plants.

I appreciate your letting us share the convention vicariously!
A question for you - do you have a listing of the awards? I'm particularly interested in what hosta won the Benedict Medal - kind of the Academy Award for Best Movie of the hosta world. Also wondering who won the "best new writer" award.
